Terms and Conditions

FarmPawa Technologies Limited ("FarmPawa", "we", "us", "our") operates a digital Platform that enables individuals to save money and sponsor specific agricultural projects (“the Platform”). The Platform is accessible through our website and mobile application. By using the Platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please discontinue use of the Platform. These Terms of Use should be read together with our Privacy Policy and the Project Sponsorship Agreement.

1. Important Legal Information

By registering, logging in, accessing, or otherwise using the Platform, you acknowledge that these Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and FarmPawa. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Platform.

2. Reservation of Rights

FarmPawa may update these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Platform after notice of changes will constitute acceptance of the modified Terms. Notice posted on the Platform is considered reasonable and sufficient. You agree to always be bound by the most recent version.

3. Definitions

• Visitor: A person who accesses the Platform for general information.

• Client / Sponsor: A person who signs a Project Sponsorship Agreement and activates a sponsorship account to save and sponsor specific agricultural projects.

• You: Refers to either a Visitor or Client.

• Service: The FarmPawa platform and related tools that enable saving and sponsoring agricultural projects.

These Terms govern your access to and use of the Platform and Service.

4. Intended Use of Content

The Platform is intended for personal use by individuals in jurisdictions where FarmPawa’s save-and-sponsor service is legally permissible. Content on the Platform is informational and may not meet regulatory requirements outside Uganda. Accessing content does not constitute provision of any financial, investment, or regulated service.

5. No Offer

Nothing on this Platform constitutes an offer or solicitation to invest, purchase securities, or participate in any pooled fund or collective investment arrangement.

FarmPawa does not operate an investment scheme.

Participation on the Platform is strictly through individual sponsorship agreements tied to specific agricultural projects selected by the Client.

Sponsorship availability may differ by jurisdiction. You are responsible for ensuring your participation complies with your local laws.

Any forward-looking or illustrative statements are for explanation only and do not represent guarantees of project outcomes.

6. Saving & Sponsorship Service

FarmPawa provides tools that allow users to save funds within their account and allocate (“sponsor”) them toward specific agricultural projects offered on the Platform.

Important points:

• Savings held in your FarmPawa account do not earn interest.

• Saving on the Platform does not constitute making an investment.

• Sponsoring a project is done through a separate Project Sponsorship Agreement for each project cycle.

• Each sponsorship supports a specific, identifiable agricultural activity, not a pool of money.

• Outcomes from a project depend solely on the performance of that specific project.

7. Information You Provide

You confirm that all information you provide to FarmPawa is accurate. You may update your information by contacting info@farmpawa.com. FarmPawa may suspend or terminate access where materially false information has been provided.

8. No Advice

Platform Content does not constitute:

• financial advice

• investment advice

• legal advice

• tax advice

• agricultural advisory services

Agricultural projects carry natural risks. Outcomes may be higher or lower than expected. You may receive less than the amount you sponsored. Users should seek independent professional advice before entering a Sponsorship Agreement.

Examples on the Platform are illustrative only and are not predictions of performance.

9. Exclusion of Warranty

The Platform and Content are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. FarmPawa does not guarantee accuracy, uninterrupted access, or error-free functioning. No written or oral information from FarmPawa creates any warranty not expressly stated.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FarmPawa and its affiliates are not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from your use of the Platform, saving, sponsorship decisions, or reliance on Platform Content.

FarmPawa’s total liability shall not exceed the total service fees you paid within the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Third-Party Links

The Platform may contain links to external sites not operated by FarmPawa. These are provided for convenience only. FarmPawa does not endorse or guarantee the accuracy of external content and is not liable for third-party site use.

12. Copyright & Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform—including software, media, graphics, text, and documentation—is the exclusive property of FarmPawa or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit content without prior written consent.

13. Termination

You may request account termination at any time via info@farmpawa.com. FarmPawa may suspend or terminate access at its discretion, especially in cases of suspected violations of these Terms. Certain obligations—such as liability limitations—survive termination.

14. Username & Password

You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential. Notify FarmPawa immediately at info@farmpawa.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

15. Miscellaneous

If any provision of these Terms becomes invalid, the remaining provisions remain enforceable. These Terms are governed by the laws of Uganda. Any disputes arising shall be handled under Ugandan jurisdiction.
